Day 1

Flight from Zanzibar to Serenegti

Flight from Zanzibar to Serenegti

Your safari starts with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Zanzibar at 6:00 AM, followed by a transfer to the domestic airport for your 8:00 AM flight to Central Serengeti (Seronera Airstrip). Upon arrival at around 10:30 AM, you will meet your driver-guide and begin your game drive in the Central Serengeti, known for its rich wildlife and high concentration of lions, as well as leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.

At midday, you will enjoy a packed lunch at a scenic picnic site inside the park before continuing with your afternoon game drive. After an exciting day of exploring, the game drive ends around 5:00 PM, and you will head to your lodge for dinner served in the evening, followed by a comfortable overnight stay, completing your first unforgettable day on safari.

Day 2

Begin your day with an early breakfast before departing for a scenic drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, a journey of approximately two hours with opportunities for wildlife viewing along the way. The Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact and unflooded caldera, spans about 20 kilometers in diameter and descends 600 meters deep, offering a truly remarkable natural setting.

Upon arrival, you will descend into the crater for a full-day game drive, exploring its diverse habitats, including Lake Magadi, known for its flamingos, hippos, black rhinos, and a variety of waterbirds. After an extensive day of wildlife exploration, the game drive concludes at around 4:00 PM, followed by a short drive of approximately 45 minutes to your lodge, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

Enjoy breakfast at 7:00 AM as you prepare for the final day of your safari, followed by a drive to Tarangire National Park for morning and afternoon game drives. This park is well known for its rich biodiversity, including large herds of elephants, seasonal swamps, and open savannah landscapes shaped by the winding Tarangire River. During your exploration, you may have the opportunity to see lions on the hunt or leopards resting in the trees.

After a picnic lunch inside the park, you will proceed to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 PM flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 5:45 PM, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel, marking the end of your safari experience.
