2-Day Wonderful Mikumi Safari from Zanzibar Island

Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park and a Game drive

We will pick you up from the hotel in Zanzibar or the airport early in the morning and take you to the Zanzibar Ferry Terminal. From here, you will travel to Dar es Salaam, approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and continue driving by Alphard minivan, which is approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes (explore Tanzania) to Mikumi National Park. You will stop in Morogoro town for lunch and proceed to Mikumi National Park. Upon arriving in Mikumi National Park, you will start with an afternoon game drive and continue until sunset. After the game drive, we will take you to your well-prepared accommodation, dinner, and an overnight stay at Mikumi Park Cottages (budget banda) inside the park.

Game Drive and return to Zanzibar

We set out for a game drive in Mikumi National Park early in the morning. After the game drive, we will return to the accommodation for breakfast and prepare to drive back to Mwalim Nyerere International Airport or Ferry Terminal in Dar es Salaam to get back to Zanzibar. Upon your arrival in Zanzibar, our company colleagues will be waiting for you to be transferred to your hotel.
