Arusha - Serengeti National Park

Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airports, a Roika Tours representative will pick up you up and drive you to Serengeti for a game drive. Lunch boxes will be provided.

Serengeti National Park is renowned for one of the most spectacular wildlife events on the planet: The Great Migration. This is the annual movement of wildebeest, zebras, and other herbivores. The best time to visit and witness this phenomenon is from mid-December to early April each year. As one of Tanzania's largest parks, the Serengeti offers diverse landscapes including grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains.

After a full day of game driving, return to your campsite or lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park - Arusha

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's UNESCO-selected conservation areas, featuring the world's largest uninterrupted volcanic caldera and recognized as one of the Natural Wonders of the World. It is home to over 30,000 large mammals, including the “Big Five:” lions, leopards, buffalos, elephants, and rhinos. You'll also find a variety of bird species, such as flamingos in the crater lake, as well as eagles, buzzards, and other fascinating wildlife. Within minutes of arriving, you'll have the opportunity to observe numerous wild animals and witness the unique coexistence of a nomadic society with the wildlife in the crater.

After pick nick lunch, you'll spend a few more hours at the park before our driver-guide transfers you to the Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airports for your flight home. If you wish, you can also extend your stay in Tanzania.
