Nairobi Wildlife Encounters

After breakfast, your driver-guide will pick you up from your accommodation and take you to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (Elephant Orphanage), where you’ll enjoy a heartwarming experience watching baby elephants being fed and cared for. Next, visit the Giraffe Centre for a chance to feed the endangered Rothschild giraffes up close. After lunch at a local restaurant, proceed to Nairobi National Park for an afternoon game drive. This is the only national park within a capital city where you can spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, and more against Nairobi’s skyline. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at Sarova Stanley Hotel.

Nairobi Culture & History

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to the Nairobi National Museum, which showcases Kenya’s rich history, culture, and heritage. Proceed to the Karen Blixen Museum, the former home of the famous author of Out of Africa. After lunch, enjoy a relaxed afternoon exploring the Kazuri Beads Women’s Factory, where handmade jewelry supports local women. Later, enjoy some leisure shopping at the Maasai Market (depending on the day of the week).
