Day 1

On this day You will drive to the Nairobi Giraffe Centre which was established in order to protect the vulnerable giraffe that is found only in the grasslands of East Africa. The main attraction for visitors is feeding giraffes from a raised observation platform. The Giraffe Center is also home to several warthogs which freely roam the area along with the giraffes. You will spend one hour here and proceed to the famous Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage at 12noon. The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust is world-renowned for its work rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned baby elephants. The keepers are on-hand to introduce you to each of the orphans, sharing their unique rescue stories and explaining the threats facing elephants.
Enjoy your lunch at Karen Blixen Museum or Carnivore Hotel and head to your preffered hotel within the beautiful city for check in to rest in the afternoon till evening as you enjoy the hotel facilities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

Day 2

Head over to Lake Bogoria National Reserve

After breakfast depart by road to the great rift valley with Mount Longonot in the background. Stopping periodically to marvel at the beautiful escarpments, volcanic mountains as you take photos and make memories. You will enjoy seeing lake Naivasha, lake Nakuru and lake Elementaita as you journey towards Lake Bogoria. you will then arrive slightly past noon check in to the lodge and enjoy a very delicious meal for lunch. After relaxation in the lodge you will enjoy an afternoon guided game walk along the steaming shores of Lake Bogoria.
You will have the chance to see kingfishers, herons and pelicans in addition to view of flamingoes. While the shores will undoubtedly captivate your attention be sure to look to the sorrounding plains and woodlands as well lesser kudus, gazelles, zebras and warthogs are often seen meandering around the forest edge. The western shores have hot springs and spouting geysers spurting steam and bubbling geothermal pools. Such an amazing sight to watch.

Day 3

After breakfast drive three hours through the majestic rift valley moving on to Lake Nakuru National Park. This park revolves around a spectacular alkaline lake, painted pink and white by thousands of flamingoes, pelicans and 300 other species of birds while enormous herds of buffalo graze on the shore. There are rehabilitated and ever graceful black and white rhinoceros which have successfully repopulated the park. Besides the flamingoes that Lake Nakuru boasts for there are a approximately 400 other bird species that you will enjoying their views. A variety of wildlife are found there aswell including the introduced rothschild girraffe, waterbuck, redbuck, lions, buffalos, leopards, baboons and many other species of plains game.

Day 4

Drive towards Maasai Mara National Park

Drive towards Maasai Mara National Park

After a hearty breakfast, you will depart for a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Masai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. The reserve is world-famous for its incredible density of wildlife and during the Great Migration (July – October) an unending torrent of gazelle, wildebeest, and zebra streaming into the park. All of Africa’s Big Five are here and so much more animals. Arrive at the park with a game drive to your Lodge since the lodge is located inside the park. After the fantastic entrance, you will check into your lodge, have lunch leisurely at the camp and then enjoy an afternoon game drive to track elephants, leopards, cheetah, lions, and buffaloes. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After your morning breakfast, you'll proceed for a morning game drive, you will later break for a short rest and lunch and then embark on an afternoon game drive. Wildebeest, zebras, impalas, elephants, Masai giraffes and several species of gazelle all call the Mara home. This vast concentration of game accounts for high predator numbers, including cheetahs, leopards and a higher lion density. You will go in search of the Big Five with game drives across the grassy plains of the Masai Mara National Reserve. The immense herds of wildebeest and zebra are a magnificent sight, matched only by the drama of the predators who lie in wait for them. At the river, you'll see hippos but also camouflaged in their natural habitat you’ll spot the many crocodiles awaiting the wildlife traversing the river. This is a spectacle that has played out for millennia.

More Adventure at Mara

More Adventure at Mara

You will be picked up early morning from the lodge at for an unforgettable sight. You will take a predawn hot air balloon high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah and witness the herds of wildlife emerging into the day(at an extra cost). After the one-hour safari in the air, you will enjoy a remarkable bush breakfast, have a short rest and proceed for a mid-morning drive in the park. With picnic lunch, you will spend full day exploring this unique park which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. This will be a day of unlimited game drives for you to explore the depth and breadth of this famous park. To bring more texture to your experience at the Mara, you may visit to the local Maasai people in their nearby village to experience their rich culture at an extra cost.

Day 7

Departure to Nairobi

Departure to Nairobi

You'll wake up early morning for a final drive in the park, this will be the best opportunity to undertake any activity you missed or spot the animals you had not seen. You will return to the lodge for your breakfast and depart towards Nairobi. Lunch will be served en route. Upon reaching the city you will have a drop off transfer to your overnight city hotel, or the airport for your travel back home.
