Day 2

After early breakfast at your accommodation in Arusha, our professional guide will pick you up to start your journey to Lake Manyara National Park. One of the must-visit places in East Africa is Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse wildlife such as elephants, hippos, giraffes, flamingos, and even tree-climbing lions. Going on a safari here will allow you to witness these legendary creatures amidst the stunning landscape of the Rift Valley. While exploring the park, you can also take a break and enjoy a picnic lunch at the heart of the national park. To conclude the day, you will ascend the Rift Valley to reach your accommodation at Plantation Lodge.

Day 3

Lake Eyasi cultural Tour

Lake Eyasi cultural Tour

After breakfast, we will drive to Lake Eyasi and visit the Hadzabe Bushmen and the Datoga tribes. During the visit, we will participate in cultural activities that will give us insight into their unique and fascinating way of life. We will learn how the Bushmen hunt for food using bows and arrows made from willow trees, and how they gather roots, honey, and wild fruits. This community is ancient and resides in an untouched, scenic area. Visiting them guarantees an unforgettable experience that lets you experience their culture firsthand and possibly participate in their activities.

Later in the evening, we will depart for Plantation Lodge in Karatu district, where we will spend the night and prepare for the next day's visit to Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 4

Ngorongoro crater

After having breakfast, you will travel to the Ngorongoro Highlands where you will meet members of the Maasai community. This experience is far from the typical tourist attractions and will offer a rare opportunity to witness traditional singing and dancing, an initiation ritual, and learn about the Maasai culture from the village chief and his wives. Later, you will have lunch before descending 2,000 feet (610 m) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater. The volcanic slopes of the crater provide shelter for almost 25,000 animals. You will have the chance to observe the interactions between predator and prey, spot colorful birdlife such as superb starlings and crowned cranes, and track elephants, rare black rhinos, cheetahs, and many more species. In the evening you will ascend the crater for your accommodation at Lemala Ngorongoro on the crater rim.

Olduvai gorge enroute to Serengeti

Drive to Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site located in the eastern Serengeti plains, where early human fossils were first discovered. The gorge boasts an amazing landscape, shaped by the same tectonic forces that created the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago. Olduvai Gorge is a site in Tanzania that holds the earliest evidence of human ancestors' existence. Paleoanthropologists have discovered hundreds of fossilized bones and stone tools in the area dating back millions of years, leading them to conclude that humans evolved in Africa. Later after Olduvai, we will proceed to Central Serengeti while doing game viewing and later proceed to your accommodation at Central Serengeti.

Day 6-7

Serengeti National Park

Rise early for a morning game drive to the northern Serengeti where you will continue the game drive. With luck, you will witness the dramatic river crossings of the wildebeest migration. Take in the region’s spectacular array of wildlife on morning and afternoon game drives. After a long day of game drive you will overnight at Acacia Migration camp. The next day you will have the full day of game drive on Northern Serengeti. Later you will rest at your accommodation at acacia Migration camp getting ready for your departure to Arusha.
