Tarangire National Park
Today marks the start of your safari adventure! We'll collect you from your hotel in or around Arusha to kick off the journey. As we embark on the 2.5-hour drive, soak in the scenic beauty of nature, landscapes, and local communities along the way. Our first stop is a full-day game drive in Tarangire, renowned for its abundant elephant population, majestic baobab trees, and the sight of African pythons climbing trees. As the day draws to a close, we head to Africa Safari Lake Manyara. Upon arrival, feel free to take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool to unwind!

Ngorongoro Crater
Today, we rise early and after breakfast, set out on a fascinating journey to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Renowned as the largest intact crater globally, it's a haven for wildlife, boasting an estimated 30,000 large mammals. Thanks to its natural boundaries, the conservation area teems with diverse wildlife, including the illustrious Big Five such as the African black rhino, alongside hyenas and zebras, among others. As the day unfolds, we venture onwards to Ndutu/South Serengeti, where we'll spend the night at Africa Safari South Serengeti. This region is renowned for hosting the calving season of the Great Migration, a spectacular highlight of the annual wildebeest migration.

Serengeti National Park
On the third day of our journey, we set our sights on the Serengeti. Following a few hours of travel, we reach the Serengeti gate. After a satisfying lunch, we embark on an exhilarating afternoon game drive in this magnificent park. Renowned for its vast expanses of savannah and diverse forest landscapes, the Serengeti is famed for hosting the annual migration, where approximately 1.5 million herbivores journey across its plains.
As the day draws to a close, we make our way to Africa Safari Ikoma. Nestled amidst the Serengeti Seronera, Grumeti, and Ikorongo Game Reserves, this location provides an ideal base for exploring the Serengeti. It offers a serene setting for unwinding, whether it's observing birdlife or witnessing impalas grazing peacefully nearby. Alternatively, you can simply relax and immerse yourself in the symphony of sounds from the African bush.

Serengeti North
Today, we continue our game drive in Serengeti and will be heading north. In the migration season, we can pass by the Mara River. Be amazed by the thousands of animals crossing the river - a once-in-a-lifetime experience! At the end of the day, we overnight at Africa Safari Maasai Boma Lodge. As the accommodation’s name suggests, it is inspired by a traditional
Maasai boma. Look around you and you’ll understand why; you’re in their midst. The village is called Ololosokwan and although not located in an official game reserve or national park, even here you can find game.

Serengeti North - Lake Natron
After breakfast, we head to Lake Natron. The drive from the northern Serengeti are remote, with a desolate, other-worldly beauty and an incomparable feeling of space and antiquity. The roads pass through untraveled Maasai land, with small bomas and big mountains often in view in a wild, cauterised landscape.
From June to November, around two million flamingos gather at the lake. On the way to the lodge, we can make a stop at the hot springs. We overnight at Africa Safari Lake Natron. The lodge has a swimming pool that is embedded in its surrounding landscapes and comes complete with stunning views of neighbouring Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, a still-active volcano. Enjoy the view! From the lodge, you can take a 10-minute walk to the lake with your guide.

Lake Natron - Lake Manyara
In the morning, your guide will lead you on an adventurous walk to the waterfalls (be sure to wear appropriate walking shoes). You'll have the opportunity to explore several Maasai villages located nearby, with a Maasai guide accompanying you on the hike. Following lunch, we'll journey to Mto Wa Mbu, where you'll spend the night at Africa Safari Lake Manyara.

Lake Manyara
Today we will go to Lake Manyara. This park is known for its breathtaking panoramic views, waterfalls, babbling brooks with clear water and hot springs. We do a game drive in Lake Manyara for the whole day, and in the afternoon, we drive back to Arusha where we arrive before dinner.
