Day 1

After breakfast, you will proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. You will do a game drive and see plenty of birds, including the famous flamingos on the lake. You can spot the famous tree-climbing lions, visit the Hippo Pool for a close look at hippos, and the Hot Spring, all this while on a drive. View plenty of animals (buffaloes, wildebeests, warthogs, vultures, eagles, monkeys, etc). Later, you will proceed to Fig Tree Lodge & Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

The guide will pick you up from the lodge after breakfast. You will spend 2 nights in Serengeti National Park. On the way to Serengeti, you will pass by the Ngorongoro Crater and enjoy the view before heading to your destination.

The name Serengeti originates from the Maasai word "Siringitu" and means endless plains. You will see why the Maasai gave this region this name, as the grassland savannah stretches to the horizon in the south. The plains are the perfect hunting grounds for leopards and other big cats. You will have a good chance to see these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat through the vehicle's open roof.

In the afternoon, you will have a standard lunch, and then arrive at your destination for the day. You will camp at the Nyani campsite for the night and enjoy a good meal in the middle of the African bush.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will continue the full-day game drive through the Serengeti National Park until late afternoon. The great diversity of Serengeti wildlife is evident here. Look for buffalo, hippopotamus, elephant, giraffe, antelope, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelle, and lion. If you are there during the spectacular wildebeest migration, you will be more than astonished. In the late afternoon, we'll venture out on another game drive.

There are animals everywhere, including monkeys and birds, but look closely and you will be thrilled to see the huge jungle cats — lion, leopard and cheetah — watching the world go by. There are rino, gazelle, antelope and massive elephant by the hundreds. See animals in the trees, flying, camouflaged in the bush, in rivers and in streams.

You will wake up to the bird calls, meaning another day in the wild side of Africa is here. After breakfast, you'll depart for the crater floor with your picnic lunch, enjoying a game drive until lunch break. Thereafter, you'll have a game drive as you exit the crater and drive to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You'll be picked up from your campsite at 7:30 am. Then, we have a safari briefing, and afterwards, we depart for Tarangire National Park. Your first safari experience will be a thrilling game drive through the vastness of Tarangire. You'll arrive in good time for lunch. In the afternoon, have a game drive through the park and later drive back to the Airport or your hotel in Arusha.
