4-Day Journey of the Wildbeest -Mid Range

Nairobi-Masai Mara

You will be met by our company representative at the airport/hotel for a short briefing on Safari, before departing for Maasai Mara Game Reserve taking the Mai Mahiu route. You will have a brief stop at the Rift-valley viewpoint where you can see and take pictures of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment. Thereafter proceed to Masai Mara arriving in the late afternoon you will head out for an afternoon game drive, the best time to catch the cats as they crawl out from their shadow ready to make their next kill in the park. As darkness sets in you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Breakfast at the lodge and thereafter enjoy full-day game drives around the Maasai Mara Game Reserve which is considered Kenya’s prime wildlife area. This is due to the acacia-dotted plain scenery of stunning beauty where Black manned lions, cheetahs and leopards are found in abundance. Elephants, giraffes, genet cats just to mention a few Mara also hosts over 450 species of bird including the national bird of Kenya, the lilac breasted roller bird & other nocturnal birds. A visit to the Masai village Later you will return in the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Masai Mara National park

After breakfast at the lodge, you will have game drives with a visit to the Mara River you will get to see the huge crocodile you will have an afternoon tour to the Masai Village our driver will organize for you You will be entertained with Masai Moran dance as well as the visit of the Manyatta. Inside the Manyatta take as many photos as you can as a memory of Africa Cultural visit. A Masai guide at the village will escort and explain to you in English about their lives. A masai lady will give you a lecture on how to make a beaded bracelet at their library. Later you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
