Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Following your hotel pickup and introductions to the guide, chef and other guests, we will travel the two hours to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its varied scenery. The park has gained significant recognition for its profusion of ancient baobab trees and for harboring the highest elephant population density within the nation. It offers exceptional opportunities to witness the dynamics of interaction among elephant families. Depending on where they have reported sightings of animals (primarily predators, lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as they are more difficult to detect), we will embark on a game drive through the park. Giraffes, wildebeests, zebras and other herbivorous animals are abundant throughout the park.

Following lunch, we will continue our wildlife drive through the park until approximately 4:30 pm at which we will return to our campsite accommodations for dinner and overnight.
