Your safari adventure begins as you are warmly greeted by your licensed Tapestry of Africa safari guide. Settle into your private safari vehicle and begin the scenic drive north to Samburu National Reserve. After a few hours on the road, arrive at your lodge or camp in time to check in, enjoy lunch, and relax before heading out for your first exciting afternoon game drive.
The following day is dedicated to exploring Samburu with both morning and afternoon game drives. Search for elephants, lions, leopards, and Samburu’s unique northern species, including Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich. Between game drives, return to your lodge to enjoy lunch, relax, and take in the beautiful surroundings before heading back into the reserve for another unforgettable safari experience.

After breakfast, depart Samburu with your private safari guide and travel a few hours south to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive in time to check into your lodge and enjoy lunch before setting out to explore this remarkable wildlife sanctuary. Over the next two days, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in search of elephants, lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and other iconic African wildlife.
A highlight of your visit will be the opportunity to see Najin and Fatu, the world’s last two northern white rhinos, and learn about the extraordinary conservation efforts underway to save their species. You’ll also visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, home to rescued and orphaned chimpanzees. Combining outstanding game viewing with some of Africa’s most important conservation programs, Ol Pejeta offers a safari experience that is both exciting and meaningful.

After breakfast, depart Ol Pejeta with your private safari guide and travel toward Lake Nakuru, with the option to stop along the way at beautiful Thomson’s Falls. Continue into Kenya’s Great Rift Valley, arriving at your lodge in time to check in, enjoy lunch, and relax before heading out for your first game drive.
Over the next two days, enjoy guided game drives through Lake Nakuru National Park, exploring its lakeshore, forests, and open grasslands. The park is well known for its rhino population and offers opportunities to see lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, baboons, and an impressive variety of birdlife. Between game drives, return to your lodge for meals and time to relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and a chance to settle in before heading out for your first game drive across the golden plains of the Mara.
Over the next few days, enjoy immersive game drives through one of Africa’s most spectacular ecosystems. The Masai Mara is home to an incredible diversity of wildlife, including frequent sightings of the Big Five. Drive along open grasslands and acacia-dotted hills, where every turn reveals elephants, lions, cheetahs, or herds of wildebeest. The Mara’s riverbanks also offer thrilling moments, from hippos in the water to crocodiles basking nearby. Each drive delivers unforgettable scenes of life in the wild, framed by stunning skies and the vast, untamed landscape.

After a final breakfast in the Masai Mara, bid farewell to the wilderness as you begin your journey back to Nairobi. Enjoy the scenic drive through Kenya’s beautiful countryside, arriving in the city by late afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at either Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or at a Nairobi hotel of your choice, marking the end of an unforgettable safari adventure.
