Fly to Entebbe

After breakfast, drive to Nairobi. Lunch on the way. Proceed to the airport arriving time for your flight to Entebbe. Upon arrival, at Entebbe airport, meet our airport staff, get your luggage and transfer to the Hotel for overnight accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis.

Go shoebill watching at mabamba swamp

Following morning breakfast, we get to relax a bit the lodge and take a city tour of entebbe city. In the afternoon, after lunch, we go to Mabamba swamp for a half day boat ride to look for the shoebill stork. The shoebill stork is a popular bird amongst birders because of its prehistoric look. After we return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Scenic western uganda

After breakfast our guide will pick you up in the morning and we head out to western Uganda. The scenic 8 hour drive allows you to see the beautiful country side. We shall take a couple of stopovers for pictures snacks and lunch. We arrive bwindi in the evening for supper and rest.

Bwindi impenetrable and community tour

After early morning breakfast, short transfer to the park headquarters for briefing. Enter the forest sanctuary and look for Mountain Gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is home to half of the world's living Mountain Gorillas. You will meet the gentle giants and watch them as they interact in their natural habitat. Depending on the gorilla family booked, you may have picnic lunch or hot lunch at the lodge. After lunch we go for a community walk around the town to see how the locals live their lives. You are free to buy some items for your friends and family back home. Later, follow your footsteps back to the vehicle and return to the lodge. Lunch and Dinner included at the lodge.

Drive to entebbe through the equator

After break fast, it's time to say bye to the humble giants and head back to entebbe for your late evening flight out of the country. We have an opportunity to pass by the equator. Please be advised that the tourist has a choice to take a flight straight to entebbe from Bwindi. He/she can also charter a flight to and from entebbe. The tour consultant can help you plan better.
