Airport transfer to Arusha

When you arrive, our driver/ tour guide will pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your hotel in Arusha. City excursion will be optional for you. It will involve visiting the local markets, Maasai market, cultural heritage, and Arusha city museum. We have recommended a budget hotel but it's customizable. If accommodation is fully booked, we'll suggest a comparable alternative.

Arusha to Ndutu

The guide will pick you up early for a transfer game drive to Southern Serengeti / Ndutu. Upon arrival, embark on your first game drive, witnessing the great wildebeest migration and the calving season with thousands of newborns and predators on the hunt. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush and continue exploring before returning to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ndutu Gamedrive

You spend a full day in the Ndutu Plains. Start with an early morning game drive to catch the predators in action and witness the active wildlife. The southern Serengeti and Ndutu regions transform into bustling nurseries where newborns take their first steps within minutes of birth. The lush green landscapes, nourished by seasonal rains, provide ample grazing for the herds, ensuring the newborns have a strong start. After a picnic lunch in the wild, continue your exploration, focusing on different areas to maximize wildlife sightings. Return to your lodge or campsite for dinner and another night in Ndutu.

Ngorongoro crater to Arusha

On the final day, depart Ndutu after breakfast and drive towards the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater for a mid-morning game drive, exploring its diverse ecosystems and spotting various wildlife, including the Big Five. It's the world's largest inactive, intact volcanic caldera, formed millions of years ago and now teeming with diverse wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and rhinoceroses. Enjoy a picnic lunch by a scenic spot in the crater and continue the game drive in the early afternoon. Ascend from the crater and begin your drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening for your departure or an overnight stay.
