Tarangire National Park

Your adventure hopefully begins at 5am by pick up at your Zanzibar Hotel ready for flight to Arusha where at 09:00 AM you will land at Arusha Airport Meet our team for briefing and introducing you to our amazing guide. We drive straight to Tarangire National Park, famous for having the highest density of elephants in North Tanzania.

Embark on an extensive game drive. You’ll see the Tarangire River, a magnet for wildlife including lions, leopards, and towers of giraffes, all framed by the park’s iconic, centuries-old Baobab trees.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the river.
As the sun begins to set, we exit the park and drive to the lush highlands of Karatu for dinner and your overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

After an early breakfast, we head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will descend 600 meters (2,000 feet) into the crater floor for a spectacular day of wildlife viewing.

The Crater is a self-contained ecosystem where you have the best chance to spot the rare Black Rhino. You will see massive bull elephants, prides of lions, hyenas, and vast herds of wildebeest and zebra.
A picnic lunch will be served by the famous Hippo Pool on the crater floor.

After a final game drive, we ascend the crater rim and begin our journey back.
We will drive you back to Arusha having evening flight from Arusha to Zanzibar.
