Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

You will be met at Kilimanjaro International airport by Eyes Of Tanzania representative, and then you will be transferred to Meru View Lodge. Before dinner, you will get a short briefing about what to expect in this amazing adventure. You will then meet your professional driver guide and plan your next day departure time. Relax, enjoy your dinner, and be ready.

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast you will be picked up and drive through a scenic Masai Steppe and arrive at Tarangire National Park. The drive is around in 2 and a half hours. Your driver will take care of the paperwork at the park’s gate then you will embark on your first game drive in the Tarangire National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and large baobab trees that dot the grassland. Lunch will be at a designated picnic site. Then afternoon game drives until sunset time to check in at Marera Valley Lodge.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast you will drive to Serengeti, game drive enroute. You will have a stop at Ngorongoro Carter rim to view the crater. On the way you will have a stop at one of the picnic site for lunch. You will then continue to your accommodation in central Serengeti. Dinner and overnight at Tanzania Bush Camp.

Serengeti National Park is well known for the largest annual animal migration in the world of over 1.5 million blue wildebeest and 250,000 zebra along with smaller herds of Thomson's gazelle and eland. The national park is also home to the largest lion population in Africa. It is under threat from deforestation, population growth and ranching. Enjoy!

After breakfast, you will depart from the Central Serengeti and drive north towards the Ndutu region. Here, you will set out in search of the world-famous Great Migration — a natural spectacle like no other. Vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles move across the plains in search of fresh pasture, making their way toward the Mara River. Witnessing this movement, with the ever-present drama of predators following the herds, is an unforgettable highlight of any safari. You will overnight in Tanzania Bush Camp's Ndutu Mobile Camp.

Serengeti Explorer

In the early morning, you will explore the northern Serengeti, continuing your search for wildlife and the Great Migration. After an exciting morning game drive, you will begin making your way south, enjoying game viewing en route to the Central Serengeti. Arrive in the late afternoon and settle in for dinner and overnight at Tanzania Bush Camp Central.

Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, you will leave Central Serengeti and drive to Ngorongoro Conservation and down to the crater for game drive. The Crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in on itself two to three million years ago and it covers an area of 260 km². The Crater is famous for both its geological delights and for being a natural reserve that is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of the African continent. After you descend into the Crater, you quickly find yourself amongst large numbers of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. The Crater provides you with the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino.
Later on drive back to Arusha and to Meru View Lodge.
