After an early breakfast at 08:00 AM, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, enjoying a scenic drive of approximately two hours. Upon arrival, embark on a full-day game drive in one of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations.
Known as the "Land of Giants," Tarangire is famous for its ancient baobab trees and large herds of elephants. The park’s diverse habitats support an abundance of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, and various antelope species. With a bit of luck, you may also spot elusive predators such as leopards and cheetahs. Tarangire is equally renowned for its rich birdlife, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts.
A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic location within the park. In the late afternoon, after an exciting day of wildlife viewing, you will continue to your lodge for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

At 7:00 AM, after breakfast, you will depart by road for Serengeti National Park.
The Serengeti is renowned as one of Africa’s premier safari destinations, offering extraordinary wildlife encounters across its vast, open plains. The park is home to immense herds of buffalo, wildebeest, elephants, giraffes, eland, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles, while predators such as lions and leopards are frequently spotted in their natural habitat.
You will enjoy a full-day game drive with a scenic picnic lunch in the bush, allowing you to remain fully immersed in the wilderness. In the evening, you will continue to your tented camp for dinner and an overnight stay under the African sky.

Beyond the migrating herds, the Serengeti also offers thrilling encounters with apex predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, creating an awe inspiring safari experience that stays with you long after your journey ends.

Today marks your final safari in the Serengeti National Park. Alternatively, you may continue with a morning game drive in the Serengeti. After a bush lunch, you will proceed with a scenic drive toward the Ngorongoro, where you will arrive at your accommodation on the crater rim for dinner and relaxation.

Start your day with an early breakfast before departing at around 07:00 AM for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a short drive of approximately 25 minutes from your lodge. Upon arrival, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive, accompanied by a picnic lunch enjoyed within the crater.
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ngorongoro is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. The crater is home to an incredible concentration of animals, offering excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the endangered black rhino. You may also encounter zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas, and a variety of bird species, including flamingos around the crater lakes.
In the late afternoon, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, arriving in the evening. This marks the end of your unforgettable safari with Akondo Adventures.
