Your comfortable car will take you to the delightful Neptune Ngorongoro Lodge, where you can unwind and relax for the evening. Settle into your charming accommodations and savor the tranquility of Karatu before tomorrow's exciting adventures begin.

Day 2

Today, after a hearty and delicious breakfast, we will be heading to Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as a wonder of the world. This is the world's largest caldera - full of grassland, forest, and swamp, a setting of jaw-dropping beauty. The permanent water of the crater floor supports a resident population of more than 30,000 large mammals. Here, you will find many reasons you chose to do a safari in Tanzania. Lion, waterbuck, hippo, baboon, black rhino, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, warthog, gazelle, and many more are sheltered here.
You will take a 4-hour game drive and break for a picnic lunch. Ascend from the crater, and drive to Serengeti while enjoying a game drive to your Luxurious accommodation. We will have dinner and an overnight stay in Central Serengeti, awaiting the next day's game drive.

Your adventure begins with a thrilling game drive in the Central part of the Serengeti, where you will continue exploring the plains for wildebeest with their calves, as well as zebra, and lion. A truly amazing experience is observing hyenas trying to catch the newborn. As the sun rises, casting long shadows across the golden savannah, keep your eyes peeled for lions lounging on granite kopjes. Towering giraffes will amble by, their patterned coats a stark contrast to the sprawling plains. Be on the lookout for herds of zebras, their black-and-white stripes a mesmerizing sight as they thunder across the grasslands. You might even spot a cheetah in a burst of speed, its sleek form a blur as it chases its prey.
After an unforgettable morning filled with wildlife encounters, you will have a delicious hot lunch, then start driving across the Ngorongoro Highlands to Arusha back home from JRO.
