Your journey begins early with a morning flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport, where your private safari guide will warmly welcome you. After a short safari briefing, drive straight to Tarangire National Park, a true gem known for its massive elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and rich wildlife.

Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting lions, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeests along the Tarangire River — a haven for animals, especially during the dry season.

Here, you’ll have a chance to spot the Big Five — lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino — along with countless other species including hippos, flamingos, and gazelles. Enjoy your picnic lunch beside the hippo pool with breathtaking views.

Later in the afternoon, return to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Karibu Heritage House, a charming boutique stay offering relaxation and comfort.
