At 15h30, your driver-guide will pick you up for a sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River. As the sun sinks into the horizon, you’ll be immersed in the golden glow of the Zimbabwean sunset. Along the way, marvel at flocks of birds returning to the waters and watch wildlife gather for their final drink of the day. All this unfolds as you enjoy delicious finger foods and a full open bar—the perfect way to wrap up your first day.

Embark on a full-day safari from Victoria Falls to Botswana’s renowned Chobe National Park. Begin with a transfer to the Kazungula border, then set out on a morning boat cruise along the Chobe River, where elephants, hippos, crocodiles, and abundant birdlife gather on the banks. After a riverside lunch, switch to a 4x4 vehicle for an exciting afternoon game drive through the park’s wilderness, home to lions, buffalo, giraffes, and vast elephant herds. You’ll return to Victoria Falls around 5:30 pm, with unforgettable memories of Africa’s wildlife.

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Pioneers Lodge and a light breakfast before heading out to the Zambezi River. After gearing up and learning key safety maneuvers, you’ll hike down a steep trail to the put-in point. Depending on your group’s preferences and experience, you’ll take either a guide-controlled oar raft or a paddle raft, then tackle some of the world’s most exhilarating Class IV–V rapids. The experience ends with a delicious barbecue lunch and open bar on the riverbank, followed by a comfortable hotel drop-off.
