Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked up at your hotel in Nairobi or the airport, from where we will drive to Amboseli National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch before proceeding on a short game drive. Amboseli National Park is famous for its scenery of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro as the backdrop to the vast open plains. We will depart for a game drive in the park in the afternoon and return for dinner and an overnight stay at Sentrim Amboseli.

Explore Amboseli National Park

You will wake up very early in the morning at 06h30 and embark on a morning game drive. Today will be a full-day game drive (06h30 to 16h00) within Amboseli National Park. Amboseli sits at the foot of Africa's highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, and is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. It lies 150 miles southeast of Nairobi and is very close to the Tanzanian border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rises above the clouds and dominates every aspect of this landscape.

You will then come back at 09h00 for breakfast and then relax or go on another game before lunch time.

Alternatively, after breakfast, you can carry a packed lunch and go on a game drive and explore the whole day, thus having a bush lunch to save time rather than coming back for lunch at the lodge.

Amboseli to Tsavo East National Park

We’ll enjoy an early breakfast before checking out of the lodge. Afterward, we’ll embark on an en-route game drive as we exit Amboseli National Park, taking in the final sights and wildlife of this vast wilderness.

We will check in at your hotel for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in Tsavo East National Park. Known for its large herds of red-dusted elephants, lions, and diverse plains game, the park offers spectacular wildlife viewing across its open savannah and along the Galana River.

In the evening, we will proceed to Voi Safari Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tsavo East National Park - Nairobi or Diani

We will depart after breakfast, drive to Voi SGR for transfer to Diani. You will also have your last game drives en route game. Later, we will drop you off at Voi terminus or drive back to Nairobi.
