2-Day Wildlife Discovery Tour to Andasibe-Mantadia NP

Antananarivo to Andasibe Village

We will meet you at the hotel or from the airport and drive for four hours to Andasibe village. The park is home to various reptiles, such as chameleons, endemic geckos, and others. Upon arrival in Andasibe, we will drive directly to Andasibe Lemurs Lodge to visit lemurs on their private island and interact with them. Check-in at the hotel and be ready for the next adventure. By the afternoon, you will visit the private reserve of Vakona forest lodge, where you will have an opportunity to observe upclose few lemurs species, possible to have selfi photo with them. You also can visit the local viallage of Andasibe
At 6:30pm, enjoy a night walk safari at the community park to see nocturnal animals, including small lemurs and endemic reptiles.

Note: For comfort, do not forget to bring a raincoat, insect repellent, and a flashlight.

Visit Analamazaotra National Park - Antananarivo

At 7:00 am, your day begins with a guided walk in Analamazaotra National Park. You’ll be driven to the park entrance, where a knowledgeable local guide fluent in your language will lead you through the lush, humid forest. As you explore, your guide will share fascinating insights about the park’s unique ecosystem and Madagascar’s incredible biodiversity. You’ll have the chance to see the largest lemur, the Indri-indri (babakoto), along with a variety of endemic plants and bird species. After a delightful lunch in Andasibe, we’ll head back along National Road N°2 toward Antananarivo. En route, we’ll stop at Madagascar Exotic, a private reserve dedicated to preserving many species of reptiles and chameleons. In the afternoon, you’ll arrive in Antananarivo and be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, depending on your plans.
