Upon your arrival in Tanzania at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), our guide will meet you holding a name tag. The guide will assist with your luggage and help you get a local SIM card for communication.
On the way to your accommodation, the guide will provide information about the Moshi and Arusha region and its people, as well as details about your upcoming adventure.
Once at your accommodation, you can freshen up, have a welcome dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 2

After a hearty breakfast, your journey to the roof of Africa begins. Within a maximum of 2 hours' drive, you will arrive at the Machame Gate and begin your exhilarating hike after the necessary registrations.
The trail winds through the rainforest, offering an opportunity for an unforgettable adventure as you trek to the Machame Camp.
Here, amidst nature's beauty, you will savour dinner and spend the night, preparing for the next leg of your amazing journey.

Day 3
Machame camp to shira camp

After breakfast, we will leave the glades of the rainforest and continue on an ascending path, crossing the valley along a steep rocky ridge. The route will then turn west onto a river gorge until we arrive at the Shira campsite around mid-afternoon. At the camp, you will have lunch and relax before the evening. You can enjoy great views of Kibo Peak from New Shira Camp at sunset. Later in the evening, you will be served dinner before an overnight stay.

Day 4

Today's journey is a challenging yet rewarding adventure, taking about 5-6 hours to complete. The route leads east into a semi-desert and rocky landscape surrounding Lava Tower.
Upon arriving at Lava Tower, a well-deserved lunch will be served before continuing for another 2-hour walk to Barranco Camp.
Descending to Barranco Camp is an essential part of the journey, offering valuable acclimatization and preparing your body for summit day.
In the evening, a nourishing dinner will be served before settling in for the night.

After breakfast, we will leave Barranco and continue on a steep ridge up the Barranco Wall.
At the top of the Wall, you will have a view of Heim Glacier and will be above the clouds. The trail then winds up and down in the Karanga Valley up to the junction which connects with the Mweka Trail. We will have dinner and stay overnight at Karanga Camp.

Day 6

After completing the South Circuit, which offers breathtaking views of the summit from various vantage points, we will continue our ascent to the Barafu Camp. This campsite, located in the high alpine zone, will serve as our resting place. Here, we will have the opportunity to rejuvenate, savour a fulfilling dinner, and make all necessary preparations for the upcoming summit day.

Barafu camp to Uhuru peak(Summit) and Mweka camp

After enjoying a cup of hot tea and a light snack, the climb begins around midnight when the lava ash is still frozen, making it easier to walk on. We continue our way to the summit between the Rebmann and Ratzel glaciers, heading in a northwesterly direction and ascending through heavy scree towards Stella Point on the crater rim.
At Stella Point, we will stop for a short rest and will be rewarded with the most magnificent sunrise you are ever likely to see. Faster hikers may view the sunrise from the summit. From Stella Point, you may encounter snow on your 1-hour ascent to the summit.
Once at Uhuru Peak, you will have reached the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro and the continent of Africa! From the summit, we begin our descent by continuing straight down to the Mweka Camp, stopping at Barafu for lunch. You will enjoy your last evening on the mountain at Mweka Camp.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we will resume our descent down to the Mweka Park Gate to receive your well-deserved summit certificates. As we make our way to lower elevations, it's important to be prepared for potentially wet and muddy conditions. Using gaiters and trekking poles can greatly aid in navigating through these terrains. While descending, you may find that wearing shorts and T-shirts provides sufficient comfort, but it is advisable to keep rain gear and warmer clothing easily accessible.
Once we reach the Mweka gate, our vehicle will be waiting to transport you back to the airport, concluding our remarkable journey.
