Nairobi - Lake Nakuru

Arrival, meet and greet – Nairobi. Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be met by our airport representative and transferred to your city hotel for briefing. Our rep will take you through a brief pre-safari orientation before embarking on your dream safari adventure of Kenya. Depart for the Rift Valley arriving for lunch at Lake Nakuru National Park. Late afternoon game viewing & bird watching.

Lake Nakuru National Park is home to Giraffes, Waterbucks, Black and White Rhinos, Buffalo, Lions and Leopards, among other wildlife. On the shores of the lake there are thousands of Flamingos who feed on the algae.

Lunch will be at the Flamingo Hill Camp or similar. There will be an afternoon game drive around Lake Nakuru and the forest nearby. Return to your chosen accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara Game Reserve

After breakfast commence drive west past Mount Longonot and via Narok to the maasai mkara national reserve to arrive for lunch at the respective Camp. Late afternoon game viewing drive. The Maasai Mara National Reserve (also known as Masai Mara and by the locals as the mara) is a large game reserve in Narok County, Kenya, contiguous with the Serengeti National Park in Mara Region. It is named in honor of the Maasai people (the ancestral inhabitants of the area) and their description of the area when looked at from afar: Mara, which is Maa (Maasai language) for "spotted", an apt description for the circles of trees, scrub, savanna, and cloud shadows that mark the area.

Masai Mara Game Reserve

The early morning calm air of the Maasai Mara has made possible the introduction of Hot Air Balloon flights, available as an optional tour of a hot air balloon ride to see the park from a bird's eye view, from leading lodges and camps in the reserve. (Please reserve early to avoid disappointment for this adventure). Pre-breakfast morning game drive in the reserve, a great opportunity to explore the vast flora and fauna of this magnificent reserve. After a rewarding game drive, return to your lodge for late morning breakfast. Lunch and late afternoon Game viewing drive.

Option: A full day game drive with picnic lunch boxes (full day game drive including visits to Mara River, Kenya Tanzania Border Post and a great chance to view the "Big Five". You will have picnic lunch at Hippo Pool. Return to your lodge late in the afternoon). Later just relax or visit the nearby Maasai village as an optional excursion.

Masai Mara - Nairobi

After breakfast at the Lodge/Camp, embark on your return journey to Nairobi. On arrival in the early afternoon you will be dropped off in Nairobi (use of room is excluded). Transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for scheduled International departure flight, 03 hours prior to flight departure.
