Exploring the Mara Wildebeest Migration
Waking up in the middle of nature must be one of the ingredients for a perfect morning. Another being the prospect of a full day of game drives around the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You’re in luck and can enjoy both today. A full day in the Mara means you have enough time to explore different corners of the reserve, including a stop at the Mara River.
When the Great Migration passes through Kenya, the river is the site of dramatic spectacles as wildebeest and zebras plunge into the waters where hungry crocodiles await them. Spend the day enjoying the small moments that make every safari a unique experience and apply your newly acquired knowledge about the flora and fauna of Kenya. Return to the Jambo Mara safari lodge for your last night in the Mara.
