Day 1

Your adventure begins with a morning flight from Zanzibar, arriving at Nyerere National Park by 8:00am. Upon landing at Mtemere Airstrip, you will be greeted by our professional driver/guide, who will brief you on your day's itinerary. Afterward, you will head out for a full-day game drive with a packed lunch in hand, ready to explore the park's stunning wildlife from the comfort of an open-sided or open-roofed vehicle.

This exciting journey through the wild African bush offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spot a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, zebras, and even African wild dogs. You will spend the day immersing yourself in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness before returning to the airstrip around 4:00pm for your flight back to Zanzibar.
