After an early breakfast, you'll depart from Entebbe for Kibale Forest National Park, a journey of approximately 5 hours. Following an early lunch, you'll head to the Park headquarters, where you'll receive a short briefing from one of the park staff.
A guide will then be allocated to lead you into the forest to track chimpanzees, the closest relatives of humans. Kibale Forest is renowned for offering the best primate tracking experience in East Africa. After the trek, you'll return to your lodge to unwind and enjoy the sunset.

After breakfast, you'll depart from Kibale Forest and head towards Bwindi Forest National Park, passing through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This route offers the opportunity to explore the famous tree-climbing lions of Ishasha.
Upon arrival at Bwindi, you'll have the choice to relax at your lodge in the afternoon or participate in a guided walk around the nearby village.

Day 3

After breakfast, you'll proceed to the rangers’ post. You will receive a briefing on the do's and don’ts during the trek. You will then enter the Bwindi Forest for your adventure. The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense. It is crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but endangered giants is unforgettable. You'll return to the accommodation and rest after a strenuous trek. *(extra cost): In case you finish early and the body is willing to go out again, you can request your guide to arrange a community visit or some short nature walk.

You will have a relaxed breakfast with a spectacular view of Bwindi Forest right in front of you. Thereafter, you will hit the road for the return to Entebbe.
