An early morning departure from Ndutu, journeying toward the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater, Africa’s “Garden of Eden” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Descend into the crater for an unforgettable game drive, where you may encounter the Big Five, including the rare black rhino, along with hippos, gazelles, and an incredible array of birdlife.
Around midday, enjoy a scenic picnic lunch surrounded by the crater’s dramatic landscapes. In the afternoon, ascend the crater rim and take in the final sweeping views before beginning your drive back to Arusha.
