Day 1

Your safari adventure kicks off in Maun, where your guide will meet you at 07:30 at a pre-arranged location. From Maun, you will journey to Moremi Game Reserve, one of Botswana's premier wilderness areas encompassing both swamp and dry landscapes.
Transfer time: ~6 -7 hours
Please note: as the safari starts at 07h30 on Day 1, you will need to pre-night in Maun and purchase drinks for your safari the day before your safari starts. We can assist with pre-safari arrangements such as accommodation and transfers.
On the afternoon of your pre-night, you will have the option of taking a 45min flight in a helicopter with no windows and doors, allowing magnificent views from above. Both experiences have to be booked prior to arrival, and payment made in USD cash only. Transfers are not included and extra charges will apply.
*The single supplement is not mandatory, if you are willing to share with another traveller of the same gender.
*Sleeping bag and small pillow can be hired for USD 23.

The next 2 days will be spent searching for the wide variety of wildlife and birds that this area is renowned for while absorbing the sounds and beauty of this region. Game drives in the early morning as the sun rises and in the late afternoon as the sun sets will be the norm. Camping will be in private designated campsites with bush ablutions.

Day 3
Moremi Game Reserve - Khwai Community Area
Moremi Game Reserve - Khwai Community Area
This morning after breakfast, you will enjoy a game drive en-route to Khwai Community Area. After you arrive and set up camp, you will go out on a shared afternoon game drive. Camping will be in private designated campsites with bush ablutions.

Day 4
Khwai Community Area - Chobe National Park

Next, you will head to Southern Chobe National Park, renowned for its varied and stunning landscapes. As you continue your search for wildlife, you'll explore the drier Savute region, where herds of bull elephants roam the plains. Camping will be in private designated areas featuring bush ablutions.

Day 5

Your journey will then take you on a game drive en-route to Northern Chobe. After arriving and setting up camp, you will go out on a shared afternoon game drive. Camping will be in private designated areas featuring bush ablutions.

Day 6

Continue your adventure in Northern Chobe, to further explore its floodplains. Your game drives will meander along the riverbanks, accompanied by the calls of the majestic African Fish Eagle. You will go out on a shared morning and afternoon game drive today.

Day 7
Chobe Riverfront to Victoria Falls

After a short morning game drive your guide will take you to the Kazungula border where you will meet the transfer vehicle for your lodge in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe (Visa required). You will spend the night at a comfortable lodge. In the afternoon there will be time to visit the thunderous Victoria Falls and shop for curios. Lunch and dinner will be at your own expense.
Transfer time: ~3 hours excluding border-crossing.

The safari officially concludes after breakfast on Day 8 at the lodge.
We are happy to arrange post-tour accommodation, activities and transfers to Victoria Falls airport or lodges or Kasane, Botswana, at an additional cost. Activities in Victoria Falls include White Water Rafting down the Zambezi Gorge, Canoeing on the upper Zambezi and Helicopter Flights over the Victoria Falls, please ask your guide for further details.
NOTE: No single traveller rates apply if you are travelling alone and are ok sharing your tent with a same-sex traveller on the tour. Only if you wish to have your own tent then the single traveller rate applies.
We reserve the right to alter itineraries when necessary due to flood levels, bridge and road conditions.
