Incredible
I have had the most amazing time on my safari with Indigo Safaris / Chameleon. There was only me and one other lovely lady on the tour, it felt so personal and such a unique experience. Our tour guide Chilo, where do I start! That man is like a human encyclopaedia, his knowledge of all things Namibia is remarkable. And his personality is absolutely amazing too, I sincerely hope our paths cross again. We had one hell of a trip, and an amazing night to end it in Swakop.
Even though I only did the 2 night express safari, I felt like I was there for a week! We saw so much inside Etosha; elephants, lions, rhinos, giraffes, all the antelopes and even a cheetah!
This tour certainly opened my eyes to what Namibia has to offer and I will certainly be back again.

A Perfect RnR for a Solo Girlie
The service was impeccable. I felt safe and catered to the entire time. From the pick up in Windhoek, to check in at the lodge, everyone was welcoming and pleasant. As a solo traveller, you sometimes feel lonely but not with these folks. At dinner in the lodge, wind downs and other times, I had a fab experience and the ground staff were gracious enough to assist me with capturing amazing photos. Now at the game drive, John took his time to get us premium viewing of the animals. I am grateful to the entire team for a wholesome experience.

Using Indigo Safaris proved to be an excellent choice for our Botswana – Eagle Safari – Group camping adventure. Our Indigo contact, Shan, was very professional. She set up zoom calls as needed and utilized her vast and relevant experience to ensure we reviewed various options and selected what was right for us. Although our additional plans in neighboring countries did not involve buying tours through Indigo, she nonetheless reviewed those plans with us and, through her insights, we ended up with an excellent, well-balanced, father-daughter trip of a lifetime. Shan also was available via emails and WhatsApp throughout our trip.
The safari itself was awesome! The team of primary driver (Gabriel), driver-in-training (Much), and cook (KP) were top-notch. We saw an incredible number of animals. We purposely chose a relatively less expensive mostly camping overland tour which, besides game drives, also included mokoro and walking safaris, and were very pleased. We were two of 12 tourists. The group was great and everyone got along spectacularly. The knowledge and abilities of the drivers, as well as the quality of the meals provided was superb.
I gladly recommend Indigo safaris and the tour we chose!

Lion Sands was an excellent choice for our safari. We enjoyed the lodge, the service, the atmosphere and the food. But of course the game drives were the highlight. Dumi was our guide. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was surburb.
