Coast – Amboseli National Park

Depart early from your coastal hotel and journey inland toward Amboseli National Park, enjoying the changing scenery as the coastal palm-lined landscape gives way to savannah and semi-arid plains. Arrive in Amboseli by midday and settle into your lodge or tented camp for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the park’s vast plains, where large herds of elephants roam freely against the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Along the way, spot zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and perhaps predators such as lions and cheetahs. Return to your lodge as the sun sets over the mountain, enjoying dinner and an overnight stay under the African sky.

Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park

After an early breakfast, depart Amboseli and drive toward Tsavo West National Park, passing through scenic countryside and dramatic volcanic hills. Arrive in Tsavo West in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by a short rest. In the afternoon, explore the park on a game drive, venturing through its rugged landscapes to see elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and abundant birdlife. Visit the famous Mzima Springs, where hippos and crocodiles can be viewed from underwater observatories, and enjoy the contrasting scenery of lava flows, dense bush, and open plains. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
