Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel north toward the Laikipia Plateau, enjoying scenic views of central Kenya’s highlands and passing the equator en route. Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After some rest, head out for an afternoon game drive in this renowned private conservancy, home to the Big Five and the largest population of black rhinos in East Africa. You may also visit the chimpanzee sanctuary, the only one of its kind in Kenya. As the sun sets over Mount Kenya, return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full Day at Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Begin the day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active, offering excellent opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, and a wide variety of plains game. Return to camp for breakfast and spend the rest of the morning at leisure, enjoying the tranquil surroundings or lodge facilities. After lunch, head out for another game drive, exploring different areas of the conservancy and learning about its conservation efforts. In the evening, return to camp for dinner and overnight, with the sounds of the African wilderness all around you.

Ol Pejeta- Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart Ol Pejeta and travel south through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley toward Lake Naivasha. Arrive around midday and enjoy lunch at your lodge set along the lakeshore. In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you can observe hippos in the water and a rich variety of birdlife, including fish eagles and pelicans. Later, you may take a guided nature walk on Crescent Island among grazing zebras, giraffes, and antelopes. Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
