Your journey begins with a morning pick-up from Nairobi. You’ll drive north through Kenya’s central highlands, passing pineapple plantations and scenic tea farms as you ascend into the cool, forested region of the Aberdares. Arriving at the Aberdare Country Club or a similar base hotel, you’ll enjoy lunch before transferring to a tree lodge inside the park (such as The Ark or Treetops Lodge). These unique lodges are set in forest clearings with floodlit waterholes, allowing for incredible overnight wildlife viewing from the comfort of your lodge.
