Nairobi-Amboseli National Park

Our driver will pick you from the airport, hotel, residence, or place of your choice for the quick hop to Wilson Airport. Your flight booking is early in the morning or afternoon. This is a scenic flight over Kenya's savannah landscape to Amboseli National Park. On your flight, you’ll see the morning sun light up the savannahs and plains below and then touch down at a convenient airstrip near the park. Here, your guide will meet you in a private 4 x 4 Land Cruiser jeep for the quick trip to Amboseli.

You’ll settle in at Amboseli Serena Lodge for accommodation with lunch on arrival and get ready for the first game drive of our 5-day safari. You’ll return to our safari lodge or tented camp for relaxation and dinner.

Amboseli National Park

You’ll be up early to enjoy the dawning sun light up the park and the great form of Kilimanjaro.
After breakfast, you’ll set out on your first game drive of the day. We’re certain to see plenty of elephants at their favorite watering holes but you should also be looking for other wildlife like zebras, giraffes, warthogs, and ostrich.

You will then spend the mid afternoon in the lodge as you enjoy buffet lunch and relax in readiness for the evening game drive. At the Observation Hill, you can take in the entire park including the marshlands, home to hippos and waterfowl like pelicans and the Egyptian goose. Toward evening you’ll head back to your accommodation for relaxation. Be ready for a surprise bush barbecue dinner at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.

Amboseli National Park-Masai Mara National Reserve

Morning breakfast and game drive and afternoon checkout as we head off to the airstrip for our flight to the Masai Mara. The guide will drop you at the airstrip.
Your flight departs in the afternoon and our quick scenic trip takes only an hour to Nairobi Wilson Airport where you catch the next flight to Masai Mara. Our new driver-guide will meet you at the airstrip. You’ll hop into our 4 x 4 safari Jeep to check in and freshen up at Mara Serena Lodge.

Masai Mara is the most well-known wildlife park in the world, home to an incredible diversity and concentration of wild animals. All the Big Five are here with a special emphasis on the cats such as lion, leopard, and cheetah. You'll arrive for lunch and start your afternoon with game drives over the deep savannah looking for the big games plus warthogs, hyenas, zebras, and many more hunters and grazers.

Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

We’ll be at the Masai Mara over the next two days, including two the morning and evening game drives each of these days.
But now we’re off, tracking for lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, smaller predators, antelopes, zebras, gazelles, giraffes, and smaller species like the cute dik-diks.

Other big game roaming the park include rhinos, elephants, and buffalos. As the day gets on, get your camera ready for one of the park’s glowing sunsets on the western horizon.

You'll go back to your safari lodge and enjoy dinner and stories of the day’s adventures.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Today you are in for a morning game drive before you check out and catch a flight to Nairobi. The day starts with a buffet hippo pool breakfast served at Mara Serena Lodge. This is followed by a game drive before you check out ready for the flight back to Nairobi Wilson Airport.

At Nairobi Wilson, our driver will be waiting to pick you up and drop you to the airport or hotel of your choice within Nairobi City.
