Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You'll wake up early, have breakfast, and join your driver, who will lead you to the park headquarters for a briefing before tracking gorillas in the jungle. You will be arranged in groups of about 8 people and allocated a ranger guide. You'll start trekking to look for our closest giant cousins deep inside the impenetrable mist jungle. It takes anywhere between 30 minutes and 8 hours, depending on how far the gorillas have moved. On finding them, you have one hour to be in their company. Take as many photos as you can. Very few safari activities stimulate the human mind as coming face to face with the real-life King Kong. Enjoy it, and always remember to follow everything the rangers tell you to do. At the end, you will be given a certificate for completing the gorilla trek.
