Day 1

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Our guide will pick you up from your lodge at 6:00 a.m. to start the drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The journey from Kampala takes about 7 to 8 hours, with a few stops along the way. We’ll first pause at Endiro Cafe in Mpingi for coffee and a restroom break, then visit the Equator for photos and souvenir shopping. Lunch will be in Mbarara town or possibly earlier, depending on how everyone feels. Afterward, we’ll continue to Kabale and check into our lodge for the night.

Day 2

Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast at 7:00 am, we’ll set off for the gorilla trekking adventure. Upon arrival, you’ll be assigned to a group, and your guide will give a briefing before you join seven other participants to form a team of eight. A knowledgeable guide will accompany you for the entire trek.

Once the trek is complete, we’ll head to Queen Elizabeth National Park for an evening game drive, where you might spot tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the lodge for refreshments, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Game Drive and Boat Trip

Game Drive and Boat Trip

The day kicks off at 6:00 a.m. with a hearty breakfast before checking out of our rooms. We head out on an exciting game drive to another part of the park, eager to discover new landscapes and spot more wildlife. As the morning adventure unfolds, we make our way to the Kazinga Channel for a leisurely three-hour boat ride, a perfect opportunity to see a variety of animals and an array of colorful birds along the water’s edge.

The scenic journey offers plenty of memorable sights before we continue on to the lodge. Upon arrival, we check in, take some time to relax and freshen up, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As evening settles in, we unwind and prepare ourselves for the next day’s adventures, ready to see what new experiences await us in this incredible setting. It’s the perfect blend of exploration and relaxation.

After breakfast, we’ll check out of our rooms and set off for Entebbe. Along the way, we’ll pause at the equator for a memorable lunch, enjoying the unique experience of standing between two hemispheres. Continuing our journey, we’ll make another stop in Fort Portal to savor a delicious meal and take in the charming surroundings. Afterward, we’ll drive through scenic landscapes and bustling towns before finally arriving at your lodge in either Entebbe or Kampala. This day combines travel with great food and beautiful sights, making the journey as enjoyable as the destination itself.
