You’ll enjoy a comfortable drive through the local landscape. Depending on where you’ve arrived, you might pass through bustling towns, rural areas, or scenic stretches of savannah or lush greenery.

Day 2

Arusha - Arusha National Park

Your guide will pick you up from your lodgings and take you straight to Arusha National Park after breakfast. Primates, hippopotamus, elephants, leopards, giraffes, and several antelope species can all be found in the park. Canoeing in Arusha National Park is another activity you will love. After a quick game drive in the evening, your guide will transport you to your new lodge for the night. During the day, you will stop at one of the park's picnic areas for lunch, which you will have chosen from the lodge.

We'll head to Lake Natron, where we'll hike waterfalls and stroll along the lake's coastline. We will travel to Maasai settlements in the evening so that we may have a taste of their way of life while we are there. On this day, you will witness the authentic Maasai way of life and take in the surroundings of Lake Natron.

You'll head over to the lake by sunrise to take a morning photo of the flamingos and sunrises. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park. Known for its yearly ungulate migration, the Serengeti National Park is one of the world's most popular tourist destinations. It also has a stunning landscape and is home to large cats like leopards, lions, and cheetahs.

Wake up early to catch wildlife in the cold. After a full breakfast at your lodge or camp, your guide will lead a Taragire National Park animal drive.
Tarangire's elephants may appear early in your game drive. The park's riverbeds and grasslands house tranquil herds of these lovely creatures.
You may see animals in the park. The park's enormous impala, eland, and Grant's gazelle herds offer constant entertainment.
Watch for park lions and leopards. Your guide will spot Tarangire wildlife and ancient baobabs. These huge trees with twisted trunks and branches disrupt the park's flat grassland. Your guide stops for photos and “upside-down trees.”
Around 500 bird species make Tarangire a birdwatcher's heaven. A guide will identify and discuss birds' ecology.

A morning of animal watching ends with a park picnic.

Take a break from wildlife driving at Tarangire Simba Lodge in a lush park. A 10- to 20-minute drive from the park's entrance, the resort offers stunning sunset views.
