Day 1

Begin your adventure with a morning pick-up from Entebbe or Kampala and drive west through scenic countryside and tea plantations. Stop in Fort Portal for lunch, then continue to Kibale Forest National Park, home to 13 primate species and the highest concentration of chimpanzees in East Africa. Arrive at your lodge, check in, and enjoy dinner surrounded by lush forest. Rest up for your first trekking experience the next day.

Day 2

After breakfast, report to the park headquarters for a chimpanzee trekking briefing. Head into the forest with expert guides to observe chimpanzees in their natural habitat. After lunch, take a guided walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, known for birds, monkeys, and community tourism. Later in the afternoon, drive south to Queen Elizabeth National Park, arriving at your lodge by evening. Enjoy dinner and prepare for a thrilling game drive the next day.

Day 3

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park

Begin your day early with a lion tracking experience in the Kasenyi plains, where researchers help locate and monitor lions using radio collars. You’ll also spot elephants, buffaloes, and Uganda kobs. Return for a late breakfast and relax until lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, a haven for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and hundreds of birds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Stop for lunch en route and, if time permits, pause at the Uganda Equator for souvenir shopping and a photo opportunity. Arrive in the evening and drop-off at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport.
