Following the welcome, you will be escorted to your vehicle, where the journey to your accommodation begins. Early in the morning, you'll be picked up from your lodge to begin a scenic journey to Tarangire National Park, with lunch boxes in hand. After an exciting game drive, you’ll be transferred to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park is famed for its impressive elephant herds and diverse landscapes, ranging from seasonal swamps to sprawling savannas, with the Tarangire River winding gracefully through its terrain. After exploring the park's wildlife and natural beauty, you’ll head back to your lodge to unwind, enjoy a delicious dinner, and settle in for a restful night.

Start your day with an early breakfast before we pick you up, along with your lunch boxes, for an unforgettable game drive in the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater. This incredible wildlife haven is often considered the highlight of a safari experience.

The Ngorongoro Crater is home to the iconic "Big Five," including a rare population of black rhinos, as well as elephants, lions, buffaloes, and many other species. After a picnic lunch amidst this stunning landscape, you’ll ascend the crater rim, enjoying a final game drive as we make our way toward Mto wa Mbu for the next leg of your adventure.

Cultural Tour Mto wa mbu

Cultural Tour Mto wa mbu

After breakfast you have a beautiful village walking to introduce you the everyday life in Africa! This hike starts in Mto wa Mbu. With our friendly local guide, who grew up in the village, we will take you for a wonderful cultural experience. You will visit small farms, meet the locals and see a large banana plantation where your guide will show you how traditional banana beer is made. Of course you are welcome to taste! You will also be introduced to the tribal painting and possibly go home with your own colorful painting after all you’ll drive to Arusha.

Day 5

West Kilimanjaro Olpopongi

West Kilimanjaro Olpopongi

You will be picked up from your hotel Moshi at 8:00 AM and transferred to the Olpopongi Maasai Cultural Village. Upon arrival, you will be guided through the village and museum, where you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of Maasai culture and traditions. The experience also includes learning about Maasai hunting techniques and the natural medicines they use.
These friendly Maasai guides will welcome you and share stories about their life and traditions with you. You will have the opportunity to experience traditional Maasai dances, listen to fascinating tales about Maasai history, and try your hand at traditional Maasai crafts such as beadwork and pottery while here. Many interesting artifacts that recount the history of the Maasai people-things like their tools, their clothes, and even some of their cultural practices. In the afternoon, enjoy a traditional Maasai lunch prepared especially for you. After your enriching cultural experience, you will drive back to your hotel in Arusha.

Day 6

Materuni Waterfalls

Materuni Waterfalls

After breakfast your driver will pick you up from hotel ready for safari, today we will visit Materuni Waterfalls on the way your guide will inform you about the culture of the Chagga, and village life and explain the surrounding fauna and flora. The views are truly breathtaking, and with some luck, when you reach the waterfalls, you will see that they are more than 80 meters high. The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is inviting places for refreshing swims so don’t forget your swimwear!
After having enjoyed the scenery, you will slowly return with your guide to Materuni village where you will experience a traditional Chagga You also will have the opportunity to taste the local banana beer which is not to be missed!
