Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi, you will be warmly met by your driver-guide and begin your journey north to Samburu National Reserve (approximately 5–6 hours drive).

Arrive in time for check-in at your lodge or camp, followed by lunch and some time to relax and settle in.

In the late afternoon, head out for your first game drive, where you’ll be introduced to the unique wildlife of Samburu. Keep an eye out for rare northern species such as the Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, and reticulated giraffe.

Samburu to Lake Nakuru

After breakfast at the lodge, check out and begin your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park (approximately 5–6 hours drive), passing through scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley.

Arrive in time for check-in at your lodge or camp, followed by lunch and some time to relax.

In the late afternoon, head out for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, renowned for its rich birdlife and stronghold of both black and white rhinos. You may also spot flamingos along the lake shores, as well as other wildlife such as buffalo, giraffes, and antelopes.
