Day 2
Arusha to Tarangire National Park

You’ll embark on a thrilling safari adventure in Tarangire National Park. After a hearty breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel for a scenic 2-hour drive to the park, famous for its majestic elephants and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive through diverse landscapes, including seasonal swamps, vast savannahs, and the Tarangire River, while spotting wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, lions, leopards, elands, warthogs, and many bird species. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot inside the park. After completing your game drive, you will be transferred to Ngedere Lodge & Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will depart from Ngedere Lodge & Camps and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park for a full-day game drive. Explore the park’s stunning scenery, from lush groundwater forests to the sparkling soda lake along the Great Rift Valley. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds, flamingos, and diverse birdlife. After an exciting game drive, you will continue to Ngedere Lodge & Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today, you will spend a full day exploring the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The day begins early with a sunrise game drive across the endless plains, offering incredible opportunities to spot the Big Five and other remarkable wildlife. After enjoying a hot lunch at the campsite, you will continue with an afternoon game drive, discovering the park’s rich ecosystem and its more than 500 bird species, including ostriches, secretary birds, and black eagles. As the sun sets over the savannah, you will return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of the African wilderness.

Today, after an early breakfast, you will continue with a game drive in Central Serengeti National Park, exploring its vast plains and rich wildlife, including the possibility of spotting the Big Five. Later in the day, you will proceed towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You may enjoy a picnic lunch along the way before continuing your journey. In the evening, you will arrive at Simba Campsite at Ngorongoro, where you will have dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the breathtaking views of the crater rim.

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a full game drive. After your exploration, you will be driven back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay at Karibu Heritage House, where you can relax and unwind after an unforgettable day in the crater.

Experience an unforgettable full-day adventure to Materuni Waterfalls, one of the most beautiful natural attractions near Mount Kilimanjaro. Your journey begins with a scenic hike through lush coffee farms, tropical rainforest, and traditional Chagga villages, where you will learn about local culture and farming practices. At Materuni Waterfalls, enjoy the breathtaking cascade surrounded by green nature and take time to swim in the natural pool and relax in a peaceful setting. The experience also includes a traditional coffee tour, where you will discover the full process of coffee making, from harvesting, roasting, grinding, to tasting freshly brewed local coffee prepared by the Chagga community. After the Materuni experience, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Moshi for relaxation and overnight stay. This marks the end of your safari journey.
