After an early morning transfer to Wilson Airport, you will board your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This iconic destination remains one of the few places where wildlife thrives in large numbers within the vast Serengeti ecosystem. Upon arrival at the airstrip, you will be met and transferred to your lodge in time for lunch. Later, you will head out for an afternoon game drive to begin exploring the reserve and its abundant wildlife.

Full Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will head out for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara with a packed lunch to enjoy in the bush. The reserve is renowned for its rich wildlife, including the famous black-maned lions, and offers excellent chances of spotting the Big Five. You may also encounter cheetahs resting under safari vehicles or scanning for prey across the plains. The Mara is a haven for bird lovers as well, with nearly 500 recorded species, including eagles, vultures, storks, and the impressive Kori bustard. You will return to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve Final Game Drives

After breakfast, you will head out for another exciting day in the Masai Mara with extended game drives across the reserve. This additional day allows for deeper exploration of different areas, increasing your chances of witnessing unique wildlife encounters, including predators and large herds roaming the plains. You may enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush as you take in the stunning scenery. Alternatively, you can opt for a relaxed morning at the camp, followed by an afternoon game drive. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
