Your safari begins as you are warmly greeted by your private Tapestry of Africa safari guide at your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Settle into your private safari vehicle and begin the scenic drive to the world-renowned Maasai Mara. Upon arrival, check into your safari lodge or camp, enjoy lunch, and take some time to relax before heading out for your first exciting game drive.

Over the next three days, explore the Maasai Mara on guided game drives in search of lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and countless other species. Your guide will explore different areas of the reserve, following the wildlife and creating opportunities for unforgettable encounters. Between game drives, return to your lodge for meals, relaxation, and time to enjoy the beauty of the African wilderness.

Journey continues to the Legendary Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and drive a few hours toward the Isebania border. After completing immigration formalities, cross into Tanzania, meet your private Tanzania safari guide, and enjoy lunch before continuing a few more hours toward Serengeti National Park. Once inside the park, your journey becomes a game drive as you make your way through the Serengeti toward your safari lodge or camp.

Spend the next three days exploring the Serengeti with your private guide, searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and other incredible wildlife. Enjoy immersive game drives across the park’s vast landscapes, with time between adventures to return to your camp for meals and relaxation surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

The Wild to the Waves – Flight to Zanzibar

After breakfast, you will bid farewell to the Serengeti as you transfer to Seronera Airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. You'll soar over the African plains, watching the landscapes transition from golden savannah to lush coastline.
You'll arrive in Zanzibar around midday, where you will be met and transferred to your exclusive beach resort. You'll enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as you take in the breathtaking views of the turquoise Indian Ocean.
