Your journey begins with a hotel pick-up in Zanzibar and transfer to the airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, our guide will welcome you with a packed lunch and drive you to Tarangire National Park.

Known for its majestic baobab trees and vast elephant herds, Tarangire offers a stunning landscape and rich biodiversity. You may spot lions, elephants, zebras, and more during the game drive.

The park, named after the Tarangire River that attracts wildlife year-round, is a key conservation area in Tanzania. After exploring, you’ll head to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at a cozy lodge.

Day 2

After breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, you'll embark on a journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most breathtaking natural wonders in Africa. The crater, formed by the collapse of a massive volcano over two million years ago, spans approximately 260 square kilometres and boasts a depth of 610 meters. Its floor is a mosaic of grasslands, swamps, forests, and a soda lake, creating a haven for diverse wildlife.

Descend into the crater for a full-day game drive, where you'll encounter an incredible array of wildlife, including the Big Five: lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo. The crater's unique ecosystem supports a dense population of animals, making it a photographer's paradise. You may also spot flamingos at the lake and hippos in the waterholes. Enjoy a picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery before returning to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and relaxation.

Day 3

On your final day, after an early breakfast at your lodge in Karatu, you'll set out for Lake Manyara National Park. This park, though smaller in size, is renowned for its diverse ecosystems, ranging from dense woodlands to open grasslands and the alkaline soda lake that attracts thousands of flamingos. During your game drive, you may spot tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, and a variety of bird species. The park is a haven for birdwatchers, with over 400 species recorded. Enjoy a packed lunch amidst the serene surroundings before concluding your safari adventure.

After your exploration, you'll be transferred to Arusha airport for your onward flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, our team will pick you up from the airport and transfer you back to your hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable journey.
