Today after breakfast at 8am transfer from your Hotel to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive and transfer to your Hotel in Karatu Marera Valley Lodge.
Tarangire is renowned for its vast landscapes, diverse wildlife, and iconic baobab trees. Spanning 2,850 square kilometers, the park is home to large populations of elephants, as well as lions, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeest.

Day 2

Visit to Lake Eyasi

Visit to Lake Eyasi

Today, after breakfast, depart from our hotel and transfer to Lake Eyasi for a visit to the two main tribes: the Hadzabe Tribe and the Datoga Tribe.
The Hadzabe tribe, also known as the Bushmen, is an indigenous ethnic group in Tanzania, known for being one of the last true hunters and gatherers communities in the world. They speak the Hadza language, a unique language with clicking sounds, similar to the Khoisan languages of South Africa. It is a very small community that makes decisions collectively.
The Datoga tribe are pastoralists, primarily living near the Great Rift Valley. They are known for their warrior traditions and metalwork. They are the closest tribe to the Hadzabe and participate in the exchange of metal tools with them.

Today at around 9am depart from the Hotel, today we will be exploring Karatu Town, we will be visiting some local markets around this town, we will have a lot of walking, visiting some souvenir shops and later transfer to Hotel for Hot lunch and relaxing at the Hotel for the rest of the day.

Karatu Districties between the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park. Known for its beautiful landscapes, it features lush farmland, rolling hills, and vibrant communities. The district is a gateway for tourists visiting nearby attractions like Ngorongoro and offers a blend of agricultural activities, cultural experiences, and nature. Karatu is also home to diverse wildlife and serves as a hub for visitors exploring Tanzania's iconic northern safari circuit.
