1-Day Mount Kilimanjaro Hike from Arusha/Moshi

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

The trip begins early at approximately 6:30 am with a pick-up from your location in Arusha or Moshi. You will then enjoy a scenic drive of about 120 minutes to Marangu Gate. Upon arrival, you will meet your professional Kilimanjaro guide and complete the registration process in preparation for the hike.

The climb begins at around 9:30 am, leading you up towards Maundi Crater at an altitude of approximately 3,000 meters above sea level. Midway through the hike, you will stop to enjoy a picnic lunch while taking in the breathtaking mountain scenery. The trekking experience takes approximately 3 to 6 hours, depending on pace.

By around 5:00 pm, you will descend to the gate where your driver will be waiting to transfer you back to your agreed dropp off point in Arusha or Moshi. It is recommended to wear comfortable hiking shoes, bring a hat for sun protection, and carry a light backpack with water and essential personal items.
