08:00 – Nyandungu Eco Park – Begin the day with a cycling or walking tour along scenic trails, enjoying the lush greenery and spotting diverse bird species in this restored wetland. This is a home to many bird species such as fish eagle, kites, village weavers, fly catchers and more.
11:00 – Light Lunch – Relax and enjoy a refreshing meal in a peaceful setting.
12:30 – Umusambi Village – Visit Rwanda’s only sanctuary for rescued grey-crowned cranes and learn about conservation efforts. You will be with a professional birding guide who will also help you identify other birds that are in the area. Its a great place for birdwatching.
15:00 – Museum for the Campaign Against Genocide – Gain deep insight into Rwanda’s history and resilience through a guided tour.
16:30 – Drop-off at your designated location (hotel or kigali international airport).
