3-Day Zanzibar to Mikumi Safari Escape by Electric Train

You will be picked up and escorted from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to the ferry terminal for your journey to Dar es Salaam, where you will board the electric train towards Mikumi National Park.

Upon arrival, you will continue by road with a scenic drive and en-route game viewing as you approach your lodge. On arrival, you will enjoy lunch and have time to relax.

In the afternoon, you will visit a Maasai Cultural Village to experience their rich culture, traditions, and way of life. Later, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, preparing for an exciting full-day safari experience on the following day.

After an early breakfast at 6:00 a.m., your professional driver-guide will take you into the park to begin a full-day game drive.

Explore the park’s most popular wildlife areas while your guide provides detailed explanations about the animals and ecosystem. You will have the chance to see a wide variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, leopards, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, impalas, elands, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species.

Later, enjoy a bush lunch served with soft drinks inside the park.
