3-Day Pride of the Okavango Delta

Maun - Okavango Delta

We will pick you up from Maun Airport upon arrival. Your adventure begins shortly after as we head to the southern tip of the Okavango Delta. Upon reaching the mokoro station, you will meet your poler/guide, who will brief you on the planned activities and safety guidelines before you board a mokoro.

In the late afternoon, enjoy a guided bush walk that will introduce you to the sights, sounds, and scents of the African bush. Keep an eye out for elephants, hippos, crocodiles, zebras, giraffes, warthogs, and antelope such as kudu, waterbuck, reedbuck, impala, red lechwe, and sitatunga. After returning to camp, refresh with a warm bucket shower, followed by a delicious dinner.

Today, after an early light breakfast, you'll spend the day exploring the pristine African wilderness, rich in wildlife, birdlife, and breathtaking scenery. Glide once more along the tranquil waterways for memorable encounters with aquatic birds and mammals and experience the beauty of the Okavango on foot. This offers excellent opportunities for photography.

Return to camp for lunch and a short siesta before heading out again in the afternoon in search of more wildlife in this biodiverse region. Today's activities may also include a lesson from your experienced poler/guide on how to navigate a mokoro. In the late afternoon, return to camp for a refreshing shower, followed by a delicious dinner cooked over the campfire.

Okavango Delta - Maun

Enjoy another early morning with a light breakfast before setting off on your final game drive in the Moremi Game Reserve. After the drive, you'll begin the journey back to Maun. The safari officially concludes upon arrival at Maun Airport.
