Nairobi to Amboseli

After an early breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park, about 210 km from Nairobi. Stop over in Emali town to visit a curio shop. You will arrive in time for lunch at the camp. Leisure at one's own arrangements. Dinner and overnight are at the camp.

Amboseli National Park

Tsavo East

The day starts early at sunrise when the air is cool, and animals are active. You drive across wide open plains looking for red elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and antelopes. Lions and cheetahs may be seen resting or moving after a night hunt. Birds are easy to spot, and the soft morning light makes the scenery beautiful.

After a break during the hot hours, the afternoon drive begins as the weather cools. Animals gather near rivers and waterholes to drink.
