Day 2

Tarangire National Park is a stunning destination, renowned for its large herds of elephants, especially during the Dry season. Even in the rainy season, many elephants can still be spotted. The park's landscape is characterized by iconic and ancient baobab trees, contributing to its unique charm.
In addition to elephants, the park is home to diverse wildlife, including lions, zebras, wildebeest, and various bird species. Tarangire is particularly famous for its wildlife migrations during the Dry season, when many animals congregate around the Tarangire River. After exploring the park, visitors will stay at a beautiful lodge on the park's boundary, where elephants are often seen nearby during dinner and at night.

We will start our day a bit earlier to take full advantage of the wildlife viewing opportunities in Tarangire National Park.
Typically, the day begins early to maximize our chances of seeing animals during their most active hours. This is an excellent time to witness predators on the hunt and observe other wildlife as they start their day. Be sure to keep an eye out for the park's iconic baobab trees, which create a striking and memorable landscape.
In addition to elephants, you can expect to see a variety of other animals, including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, various antelope species, and a wide array of bird life. Tarangire National Park promises an exciting and rewarding safari adventure, offering a glimpse into Tanzania's incredible wildlife and natural beauty. Later in the evening, we will drive out of the park to the Octagon Lodge.

Day 4
The Beautiful Ngorongoro Crater
The Beautiful Ngorongoro Crater
A game drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater offers a truly unique and concentrated wildlife experience. You will descend into a massive volcanic caldera, where the crater floor supports an impressive concentration of animals, making for exceptional game viewing. It is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros) in a relatively small area.
Within the crater, you will find diverse landscapes, including grasslands, swamps, forests, and Lake Magadi, each attracting different species. Thanks to the unique geography of the crater, the wildlife is highly concentrated, allowing for intense and rewarding game viewing. After your time in the crater, you will drive out and head to Arusha, marking the end of your memorable safari experience.
